Steven W. Burns has eighteen years of diverse
experience in technical and management aspects of civil, structural,
and architectural engineering design. His extensive record of engineering
accomplishments includes design and analysis of steel, aluminum, reinforced
concrete, timber, masonry, and pre-stressed concrete commercial structures.
He also has strong experience in project planning, preliminary cost
analysis, project management, and as a contractor liaison.
Steve received his bachelor of science
in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982.
He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American
Institute of Steel Construction, and is a certificate holder from
the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
