We provide two types of inspection services: building inspections and bridge inspections.

We inspect buildings for proposed purchases, structural damage and related repairs and building additions. This service is provided to existing clients only.

We are certified by the Texas Department of Transportation as bridge inspectors.

Often we are called upon to review and evaluate building plans to determine if more economical design changes are possible. This is done in conjunction with the original design engineer and together, as a team, we seek ways to maximize the clients’ return on investment.

We provide customized calculation software for our connection design clients. The calculations are presented in spreadsheet format and are accompanied by an engineering drawing to assure clear communication regarding connection design procedure.
